# How to Add Users

### How to invite new users to BRM

1. Click on `Settings`
2. In the settings navigation bar, click on `Users`
3. Click on `Add User`
   1. Fill in `Email`
   2. Fill in `First name` & `Last name`
   3. Select which [role and permissions](https://support.brm.ai/articles/6618030709-roles-permissions) you want them to have
4. Review details and press `Send Invite`

### Role-Based invite permissions

* In BRM Lite, only Super Admins can invite new users.
* In BRM Enterprise, each role can invite users at their own role and permission and any lower level (e.g., Admins can invite Admins and Users).

### How to bulk invite users

1. Click on `Settings`
2. In the settings navigation bar, click on `Users`
3. Click on `(⋮)`
   1. Click `Bulk Upload Users (CSV)`
4. Upload CSV with desired users
   1. CSV must include (template available to download on BRM)
      1.  `email` - Required

         • `first_name` - Optional

         • `last_name` - Optional

         • `roles` 
5. Review details and press `Invite All Users`
